Tips on managing myopia

• Increase time in outdoor activities (minimum 1-2hrs/day) during the daytime.
• Maintain appropriate distance and body posture during near work activities, reading, and writing.
• Take frequent breaks while doing any near work.
• Minimize screen time wherever possible.
• Maintain proper sleeping and waking up time.
